About Us:
BeyondBlu Wireless was founded in 2002 as cell phones were becoming commonplace and accessories were the thing to have. Bluetooth was in its infancy and most companies weren’t offering or buying into the new technology. We recognized the potential of this technology and the need for it in the marketplace and set out to fill the void. We pride ourselves on distributing a diverse selection of products so that every consumer can find something to fit their specific needs. We have partnerships with all of the big names in the industry and we are even master distributors for some of them. We use our vast knowledge and experience with Bluetooth technology to provide our customers with the products and information that they want in a consumer-friendly environment.
Payment Methods Accepted:
Orders placed on our site are secured via a 128-bit SSL certificate thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means that you can rest assured knowing that communications between your browser and our web servers are private and secure. For your convenience and security, we offer a variety of payment options. BeyondBlu Wireless can accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. For our business users, we are able to accept Purchase Orders. If you would like a corporate login, please call us or send us an email to request a credit application.
Orders:
We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for people wishing to place orders on our webpage. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders received on the weekend or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders are processed in 24 to 48 hours and shipping and tracking information is available on our website.
Your Privacy is Protected:
Protecting your personal information and privacy is very, very important to us. We do NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone. We may send out e-mail notifications to you regarding products, special promotions, etc. from time to time. If you ever get e-mail or newsletters from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, you will have the option to opt-out of any future emails.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
BeyondBlu Wireless uses FedEx for the majority of our orders. Tracking information will be provided to you via email and you can go to fedex.com to track your package. For pallet sized orders we have contracts with other vendors to provided delivery service. Tracking information will be provided for those orders as well. For larger customers we have the ability to use an alternate shipping account.
